MOVE TO GOSPEL MUSIC FITNESS

JOIN us as we THANK GOD, MOVE, SING, CLAP, PRAY, ​PRAISE, UPLIFT, and SHOUT HALLELUJAH along the way.

Move to Gospel Music Fitness class is a 50 minute personal ​trainer lead non-choreographed FAITH-BASED movement ​class. Yes, that means you MOVE “your way” as each song​ about the LOVE of GOD, the BIBLE, HOPE and ​THANKSGIVING MOVES US: HEART, BODY, and SOUL.

Like JESUS, we invite you to join our beautifully diverse ​group of friends and neighbors, ages 12-99, from all walks of ​life. We are all part of GOD’s loving family, and ALL ARE ​WELCOME.

WANT MORE? After a 10 minute break, feel free to take a seat,​ stay for 30-40 minutes, hear another song (or two),​ encourage one another, be inspired by someone, and ​connect it all to the BIBLE before you go. NO ADDITIONAL ​CHARGE.

Let’s brainstorm ways to bring a smile to someone’s ​face and make a card or gift to give. Using the BIBLE ​as our guide, let’s share the gift of KINDNESS and ​spread LOVE in our communities.

In this 90 min. Maker’s Workshop, friends, families, ​and NEIGHBORS discuss, make, and give a little ​kindness to someone they love or in need. Let’s start ​today.
